    华南师范大学始建于1933年,前身是广东省立勷勤大学师范学院。学校1996年进入国家“211 工程重点建设大学行列,2015年成为广东省人民政府和教育部共建高校,同年进入广东省高水平大学整体建设高校行列,2017年学校进入国家世界一流学科建设行列,2018年顺利进入广东省冲一流重点建设高校行列。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城和佛山南海3个校区。

   South China Normal UniversitySCNU),established in 1933, was originally known as Guangzhou Provincial Xiangqin Normal College。 In 1996, the college became a member of China’s “Project 211” universities。 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education as well as the university’s entry into Guangdong High-level University Sponsoring Project。 In 2017, SCNU became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction。 In 2018, it was successfully ranked Guangdong Province's “Aiming at First Class” key construction universities。 SCNU now boasts three campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus in Guangzhou and Nanhai Campus in Foshan。

    华南师范大学经济与管理学院办学历史悠久,学科门类齐全,现设有经济学、金融学、国际经济与贸易、工商管理、人力资源管理、会计学、电子商务、信息管理学等8个学系;拥有11个本科专业和1个全英本科专业;建有经济研究所和马克思主义经济学研究中心、经济行为科学重点实验室3个实体研究机构;还拥有MBA教育中心、经济学和管理学省级实验教学示范中心,建成广东省人文社科重点研究基地——华南市场经济研究中心。

    The School of Economics and Management boasts a long history of subject development and has complete disciplines. At present, there are eight departments in the school, which are Economics, Finance, International Economy and Trade, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, E-commerce, Information Management, eleven undergraduate specialties and one full-English specialty. In the school, there are also three physical institutes on Economics, Marxism Economics and Economic Behavior Science. In addition, there are also MBA Education Center, Provincial Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center on Economics and Management.  The South China Market Economy Research Center is a key center for humanities and social science research in Guangdong. 

    学院目前拥有应用经济学和理论经济学博士后流动站,应用经济学一级学科博士学位授权点;理论经济学、应用经济学、工商管理、图书情报与档案管理等4个一级学科硕士学位授权点;以及金融硕士、工商管理硕士(MBA)、教育硕士(财经职业教育方向)、会计硕士、国际商务硕士等5个专业学位授权点。

   The school’s authorized research stations or centers are as follows: two mobile station of theoretic economics and applied economics for post-doctors; one doctorate authorized stations of applied economics; four mastership authorized stations of the first level discipline of theoretic economics, applied economics, business administration and library science; five professional degree authorized points of Master of Finance, Master of Business Administration(MBA), Master of Education(Financial and vocational education), Master of Accounting and Master of International Business.

    学院师资力量雄厚,有专任教师117人,99%以上专职教师拥有博士学位。研究团队注重立足中国特别是先行一步的广东改革发展实践开展研究,在多个专业领域内取得了丰硕的研究成果。全院师生目前正以满腔的热情、严谨务实的态度和不断创新的精神,积极抓住国家双一流大学建设和广东省高水平大学建设机遇,努力实现学院发展水平再上新台阶。

   The teaching staff of the school is of great strength with 117 specialized teachers and over 99% of them have doctoral degrees. The research team focus domestically especially on the research of the practice in reform and development of Guangdong province. The team has achieved tremendous success in recent years. Teachers and students of the school is currently with enthusiasm, rigorous and pragmatic attitude and innovative spirit to actively seize the opportunity in the construction of the "double first-class" university and Guangdong Province high level university to achieve a new level of college development in the future.

1.杰出人才 Outstanding Talent

引进条件:原则上年龄不超过55周岁。拥有良好的学术声誉和学术领导力,已取得国际同行公认的标志性成果,近五年科研成果丰富,来校后能担任本学科带头人。如长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者或学术水平与之相当者。

Requirements: Candidates, preferably under 55 years old, should have great academic reputation and leadership. He/She is expected to have achieved internationally recognized landmark research achievements and have had abundant research achievements in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in the field of his/her research and can be qualified to be listed in national top talents or scientific research programs such as Changjiang Scholars Program, China National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.

引进待遇:入编,聘为教授,提供有竞争力的年薪和房补,按实际需要提供科研启动经费,帮助组建团队,子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学,附属学校在全国名列前茅。

Rewards: Candidates can be recruited as professor, SCNU will provide competitive annual salary and housing allowance. Research start-up fund will be provided according to actual needs. 2.领军人才Leading Talent

引进条件:原则上年龄不超过50周岁。拥有良好的学术领导能力,已取得国内同行公认的标志性成果,近五年科研成果丰富,来校后能担任本学科或方向带头人。

Requirements: Candidates, preferably under 50 years old, are expected to have great academic leadership and have achieved nationally recognized landmark achievement and have abundant research achievements in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in his/her discipline or field of research.

引进待遇:入编,聘为教授,提供有竞争力的年薪和房补,按实际需要提供科研启动经费,帮助组建团队,子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学,附属学校在全国名列前茅。

3.青年拔尖人才Outstanding Young Talent

引进条件:原则上年龄不超过45周岁,在知名大学取得博士学位,在本领域已取得原创性科研成果且具有较大的发展潜力。

Requirements: Candidates, preferably under 45 years old, are expected to have gained his/her doctoral degree in well-known universities and have achieved original scientific research results and have great potential for development.

引进待遇:入编,聘正高或副高级专业技术职务;年薪30-60万元;房补最高达200万;按学科基础和实际需要提供科研启动经费,上不封顶;子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学,附属学校在全国名列前茅。

Rewards: Candidates can be recruited as professor, associate professor or position of equivalent level. The candidate will be rewarded with an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000-600,000 RMB. Housing Allowance of up to 2 million RMB will be provided. Research start-up fund will be provided without a cap according to research fields and actual needs. His or her children can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. Both the kindergarten and the primary school are among the best in China.

4.青年英才Young Talent

引进条件Requirements:

一类青年英才:38周岁以下,在中国科学院、中国社科院、排名不低于我校的国内高校、所在学科不低于我校,同学科排名的高校或世界排名前300位(国际公认的四大全球大学排行榜:ARWUQSTHEUS News,下同)高校或科研机构获得博士研究生学历学位或从事博士后研究工作;境内申请者一般应具有博士后工作和主持省部级科研项目或层次相当的纵横向科研项目经历。

First-category Young Talent: Candidates, preferably under 38, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree from or have done postdoctoral research in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, domestic universities ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or in relevant fields or the top 300 universities in the world (internationally recognized four global university rankings: ARWU, QS, THE, US News, the same hereinafter)。 Domestic candidates are expected to have done postdoctoral work and have presided over provincial and ministerial research projects or research projects of equivalent value。

二类青年英才:35周岁以下,近三年在中国科学院、中国社科院、排名不低于我校的国内高校、所在学科不低于我校同学科排名的高校或世界排名前500位高校或科研机构获得博士研究生学历学位。

Second-category Young Talent: Candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree in recent three years from such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, domestic universities ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or in relevant fields or the top 500 universities in the world.

引进待遇:

一类聘特聘研究员,二类聘特聘副研究员;起点年薪一类25万元、二类20万元;聘期内依托我校以项目负责人身份申获以下科研项目可提高年薪标准,从报到当月补齐:获国家基金青年项目年薪增至30万元,获国家基金面上项目年薪增至35万元;首聘期科研启动经费理工科不超过20万元、其他学科不超过10万元;聘期内提供租房补贴每月3000元;子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学,附属学校在全国名列前茅。

Rewards: First-category talent will be recruited as Special Senior Research Fellow and second—category talent as Special Associate Research Fellow. For first-category talent, the starting salary is 250, 000RMB and for second-category talent 200,000 RMB. During the tenure, the annual salary will be raised and the difference in salary will be compensated from the date of employment if relying on resources of SCNU, the candidate, as the project leader, can successfully apply for the following scientific research projects: for a project supported by National Foundation for Young Scholars, the salary will be raised to 300,000 RMB, and for a project supported by National Foundation for General Programs, the salary will be raised to 350,000 RMB. Research start-up fund of up to 200,000 RMB will be provided to the candidates recruited for the first time in the fields of science and engineering and research start-up fund of up to 100,000 RMB for candidates from other disciplines. Monthly rental allowance of 3000 RMB will be provided during the tenure. His or her children can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. Both the kindergarten and the primary school are among the best in China.

5.博士后Postdoctors

引进条件Requirements:

一类博士后:35周岁以下,在中国科学院、中国社科院、排名不低于我校的国内高校、所在学科不低于我校同学科排名的高校或世界排名前500位高校或科研机构获得博士研究生学历学位不超过3年的博士,或通过博士学位论文答辩的应届博士。

First-category Postdoctor: Candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree in recent 3 years or have passed oral defense of dissertation in current school year in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, domestic universities ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or in relevant fields or the top 500 universities in the world.

二类博士后:35周岁以下,获得博士研究生学历学位不超过3年的博士,或通过博士学位论文答辩的应届博士。

Second-category Postdoctor: Candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree in recent 3 years or have passed oral defense of dissertation in current school year.

引进待遇:

一类聘特聘副研究员,二类聘特聘助理研究员;起点年薪一类22万元、二类20万元,含国家或广东省资助博士后经费15万元;聘期内依托我校以项目负责人身份申获以下科研项目可提高年薪标准,从进站当月补齐:获博士后科学基金项目年薪增至25万元,获国家基金青年项目年薪增至30万元,获国家基金面上项目年薪增至35万元;可按规定租住博士后公寓,如无法安排博士后公寓或自行解决住房,学校提供租房补贴每月3000元;子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园和小学,附属学校在全国名列前茅。

Rewards: First-category postdoctor will be recruited as Special Associate Research Fellow and second-category postdoctor as Special Assistant Research Fellow. For first-category postdoctor, the annual starting salary is 220, 000RMB and for second-category postdoctor 200,000 RMB (postdoctoral fund of 150,000 RMB supported by the state or Guangdong province included).During the tenure, the annual salary will be raised and the difference in salary will be compensated from the date of employment if relying on resources of SCNU, the candidate, as the project leader, can successfully apply for the following scientific research projects: for a project supported by National Science Foundation for Postdoctoral Research, the salary will be raised to 250,000 RMB, for a project supported by National Foundation for Young Scholars, the salary will be raised to 300,000 RMB, for a project supported by National Foundation for General Programs, the salary will be raised to 350,000 RMB Postdoctoral apartments can be rented according to the regulations. If the postdoctoral apartments can not be arranged or the candidate can resolve his/her own housing issue, the university will provide the candidate with a monthly rental allowance of 3,000 RMB. His or her children can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. Both the kindergarten and the primary school are among the best in China.
